Hello!
My name is Rhi and I have been passionate about my health and fitness for over ten years now.
However I am no stranger to the battles of weight loss, weight gains, post natal fitness and maintaining a weight. trust me I have experienced it all!
Having learnt from mistakes and trial and error I have now found my way and want to share it with all women who are interested in improving their health and fitness and living their best life.
I have been a qualified PT for 4 years, and specialise in women's health and fitness I am also a qualified post natal and pre natal trainer.
After having my daughter in 2019 and found all new mum conversations revolved around bounce back, weight loss and of course how much your baby sleeps I knew I wanted to change the conversation around women's fitness and the expectations people put on us with our weight and we should look.
Women experience so much pressure to look a certain way and I just want to help women feel amazing no matter their goal, age or exercise experience.
